Food for today!

Breakfast

1 cup of multigrain cheerios

1/2 cup of skim milk

1 hard boiled egg

Lunch

4 slices of avocado

4 pieces of celery with 1 tbs of peanut butter

2 slices of multigrain toast with a little bit of grape jelly

Dinner

1 1/2 cups of whole wheat pasta with 1/2 cup of marinara sauce

mixed greens with red onion, tomatoes, and peaches with olive oil and balsamic vinegar
